Khadeeja Rashid is a Casual Artist based in West Yorkshire, skilfully balancing roles as a wife, mother of three young children, and a Speech and Language Therapist.

With a professional focus on communication, her true passion lies in the world of Art, specifically Islamic Art, Arabic Calligraphy and creations that pay homage to the spirit of Palestine and its People.

Now, on a mission to dedicate more time to her artistic pursuits, Khadeeja hopes that her creations resonate with people, inviting them to appreciate the beauty and significance woven into her unique expressions of passion and heritage.

Khadeeja's artistic journey began in her youth and has been shaped by her immersive travels across North African, Middle Eastern, South African, Zanzibar and Pakistani landscapes. These diverse cultural experiences serve as a wellspring of inspiration for her work. 

Artistically and professionally, Khadeeja seamlessly intertwines her roles. Rooted in her background as a therapist, she recognises the profound connection between effective communication in speech therapy and the powerful conveyance of key messages through her art and design.
